What is your return/refund/exchange policy?

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been sent, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. Please note that once the tracking number has been distributed Harper James is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. Our system does not allow us to adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed or apply a discount code to a previous order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we can not cancel or adjust an order after it has been placed. Please take the time to review all orders. 

An item is missing/incorrect/damaged from my order, what should I do?

I have not received my package, what should I do?

Please check the status of your shipment via the tracking number to find out why it might have been delayed. Once the tracking number has been distributed Harper James is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
